do not lock your bicycle to this railing

i hate those signs,i really do.why would you care that a bike is locked to a fence?if you care that much about chipped paint on your railing you may as well save yourself time and money and NOT have a fence.
but i love to lock it up just where the notice is.i bet you do too.
